API Reference

This page contains the API reference for public objects and functions in AGEAS. There are also examples available that demonstrate how to use the API of each object/function.

Launch([model_config_path, mute_unit, ...])	Object containing basic pipeline to launch AGEAS.
Test(**kwargs)	Function to test whether AGEAS is performing properly or not.
Data_Preprocess([correlation_thread, ...])	Function to integrate database information and get pseudo-sample GRNs from gene expression data.
Unit([database_info, meta, model_config, ...])	Extractor Unit object to get candidate key regulatory pathways and corresponding genes.
Plot([depth, hide_bridge, plot_class, ...])	Visualize GRN or Regulon extracted with AGEAS.
